At Alicante Airport SUV Seat Arona £243.22 does this include insurance?
Basic insurance yes...you can add extra during the online process, if you wish or when you arrive.
With the AXA premium insurance does this cover our excess of 3,000 euros if we have an accident?

Its just that we took this AXA insurance before when we travelled in April and used GoldCar but when we got to the desk we were told this was NOT their insurance and nothing to do with them so we would still have to pay the excess ?
Was this at Alicante Airport? As that is wrong and you shouldn't have paid..they will try anything/everything. Do you have a credit card?
Yes. We have a CC. We didn't have any accident thank God but they took 1,000 euros off our credit card, then credited it back to us, BUT if we had of had an accident then we would have lost 1,000 euros or more in excess as AXA not cover us?

I would recommend OKMobility & FireFly. With a CREDIT CARD you are in total control. Refuse everything/anything else...The later you arrive at night the more they try and pressure people. Any probs you contact us on this chat while you are at desk.
