yes it's ok, basically if the website displays car photos its open. Alicante is normally open until 3 am.

the problem is that it's the most common to have only debit card as it is not usual for banks to issue credit card. So will this be an issue to have just debit card if I will have sufficient amount for refundable security deposit ?

As the only provider I see at these late hours is OKmobility and they don't accept debit cards obviously

what time does your flight arrive? at 00:30 SIXT ( who are the best company) are open and accept Debit
Flying to Alicante on 23. May and it is expected to arrive at 23:25. So Sixt is fine, that's great.

Insert your flight number when asked to do so. If you know you are delayed before take-off by more than an hour then you could call them directly, all the details youw ill receive by email after the booking is confirmed.
